Do you deliver on weekends?
All deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
What if I give you the wrong delivery address?
If you supply an incorrect address or recipient details and we deliver the gift box, we accept no responsibility for the mistake. If we need to re-send it to a new address there will be a new delivery charge.
What happens if no one is there to collect the delivery?
The courier needs a signature for delivery. If no one is available to receive our gift box a calling card will be left. The recipient will then need to contact the courier company to arrange delivery. If the courier is not contacted for a re-delivery within 5 days, the gift box will be returned to us and the customer will be charged a re-delivery courier fee.
Can I deliver to a hospital?
If you would like to have a baby hamper delivered to a hospital please ensure the hospital and recipient details are correct. Please also make that mum is still in hospital - if the delivery is returned to us we will charge an additional $8.00 to cover the costs of having the parcel sent back to us. (We do not take responsibilty for the parcel to be directed to the right person in the hospital).
Can I deliver to a business?
Yes. Please let us know if we are delivering to a reception or Delivery Dock. Please advise floor and department if a large corporation.
Do you deliver to regional areas?
Yes. All Australian regional and country deliveries may attract an additional charge. We will confirm the cost with you prior to dispatching the baby gift. Please note: Some courier services may not be availale in remote areas.
What if there is a delay in delivery?
We will do our very best to make sure your baby gift is delivered on time, but we cannot be held responsible for circumstances that are beyond our control which cause delays in your delivery. Once you let us know that your hamper has not arrived, we will issue an enquiry with the courier.
