How much do you charge for delivery?
We charge a flat fee of $10.00 per baby hamper to most Metro areas. For Rural areas please contact us for a quote.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
These delivery time frames are provided by our couriers suppliers, and rare delays may occur due to unforeseen freight delay circumstances and Angelic Baby Boutique are not responsible for these delays.

Melbourne Metro, Wodonga:- 1-2 Business days
Bendigo, Geelong:- 2-7 Business days
Brisbane Metro, Gold Coast:- 1-2 Business days
Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay, Capricorn Coast, Mackay:- 1-2 Business days
Townsville, Cairns:- 2-3 Business days
Adelaide Metro, Albury:- 1-2 Business days
Hobart, Launceston:- 3-7 Business days

N.B. These time frames do not included public holidays.
Do you deliver on weekends?
All deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
What if I give you the wrong delivery address?
If you supply an incorrect address or recipient details and we deliver the gift box, we accept no responsibility for the mistake. If we need to re-send it to a new address there will be a new delivery charge.
What happens if no one is there to collect the delivery?
The courier needs a signature for delivery. If no one is available to receive our gift box a calling card will be left. The recipient will then need to contact the courier company to arrange delivery. If the courier is not contacted for a re-delivery within 5 days, the gift box will be returned to us and the customer will be charged a re-delivery courier fee.
Can I deliver to a hospital?
If you would like to have a baby hamper delivered to a hospital please ensure the hospital and recipient details are correct. Please also make that mum is still in hospital - if the delivery is returned to us we will charge an additional $8.00 to cover the costs of having the parcel sent back to us. (We do not take responsibility for the parcel to be directed to the right person in the hospital).
Can I deliver to a business?
Yes. Please let us know if we are delivering to a reception or Delivery Dock. Please advise floor and department if a large corporation.
Do you deliver to regional areas?
Yes. All Australian regional and country deliveries may attract an additional charge. We will confirm the cost with you prior to dispatching the baby gift. Please note: Some courier services may not be available in remote areas.
What if there is a delay in delivery?
Angelic Baby Boutique uses third party courier companies/Australia Post who will endeavor to provide you with the best delivery service. Once your order leaves our premises, it is in the hands of the courier company/Australia Post. Whilst every effort is made and care is taken by Angelic Baby Boutique and our courier partners to deliver your gift within the designated time frame, this may not always be possible due to delivery delays out of our control. We do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances and delivery charges are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Angelic Baby Boutique if an order has not arrived. Once you notify us we will issue an inquiry with the courier and aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
