By shopping at Angelic Baby Boutique you accept the terms and conditions.
Can I change the items in the giftbox?
You can change the items in the gift box. Just contact us via email and we can go through the changes you would like to make and provide you with a new price.
Can I have two hampers delivered to the same address?
If you order two baby hampers and they are going to the same delivery address, they will be packaged in one gift box.
What are your prices?
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars. Any items that are on sale are available until stock runs out.
How do I know you received my order?
All orders are confirmed with an email. Once you receive this email from us, please double check ALL the details you have provided for this email are correct. This also includes the spelling of baby's name for the gift box, as well as the personalised message for the card. You make changes to any of our baby hampers by adding or removing items. Just call or email us to discuss what you would like in your own custom hamper.
What happens if you are out of stock?
We do our best to make sure all our products are available. Occasionally some of our items may become out of stock. If this happens we will give you another product that is similar, of equal or greater value.
How do I pay for my baby hamper?
Angelic Baby Boutique uses PayPal as a secure method of payment. Why choose PayPal? We never see your financial details. PayPal is PCI Compliant. For more information please visit www.paypal.com.au
What if I want to return my order?
It is really important to us that you love your Angelic Baby Boutique gift box. We take a lot of care with our orders. Each baby hamper is carefully put together, hand wrapped and inspected to check that there are no faults in any of the goods. If you need to return a baby hamper please contact us with seven (7) working days on email email@example.com or phone 0412 ANGEL 4 (0412 264 354) to discuss. We review refunds on a case by case basis. Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded so please choose carefully. We do not refund if you have changed your mind once goods have been dispatched.
Do you pass on any of my information?
Any information Angelic Baby Boutique collects from their customers is strictly confidential. Your personal details will not be disclosed, exhanged or sold. Angelic Baby Boutique may release appropriate information to couriers/postal services to process your order.
